GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
As a rule, all structural frame constructions on sofas hold a five year warranty. The construction means the timber or metal frames, and any metal seat springing systems inside these sofas. The five year warranty excludes any moving parts on recliner sofas.
Case goods which include dining chairs, bar stools, dining tables and entertainment units etc., only carry a 12 month frame/construction warranty due to their high level of use. Leather, fabrics, natural fibres, foams, webbing, sewing construction, hardware, runners, zips, knobs, handles etc., generally carry a 12 month warranty only. Floorstock includes a structural warranty but excludes any faults as stated at the time of purchase as all items are sold "as is" off the floor.
Accessories such as ornaments, wall fixtures, rugs and lighting (body of the lamp only) carry at 2 week (14 day) warranty from time of purchase. Manchester which includes cushions, tableware, throws, quilts and lighting (electrical faults) carry at 30 day warranty.
Warranties are provided based on the fact that the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of material used. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes. Your furniture must be cared for in accordance with the care instructions supplied. All warranties are subject to vertification and inspection by Far Pavilions. Any items that are deemed damaged by fair wear and tear or misuse is not covered under Far Pavilion warranty and will be up to the sole discretion of Far Pavilions. Extended warranties are available.
